How to order online?
Ordering online is easy:

1. select your item from our online catalogue
2. add your item to your shopping cart
3. proceed to check-out
4. pay your order
5. your order is processed within 24H (during regular business hours) after receiving your payment
6. a tracking number is given to you depending on what shipping method you choose

What kinds of payment methods are available?
You can pay for your order using:

• Paypal
• Postal money order (only available for Canadian residents)
• Certified check (only available for Canadian residents)

How long do I have to wait to receive my goods?
You can expect to receive your goods within 48 hours to 10 days, depending on your payment and shipping methods chosen.

Can I return an item?
Yes, you can return any item 7 days following receipt. You must contact our customer service at: return@afrikdecor.com to receive a Return Number. No item will be accepted without a Return Number. For international buyers (outside Canada), shipping fees are at your own expense.
