In order to obtain a refund, you must obtain a Return Number. To obtain this number, simply contact our customer service at: return@afrikdecor.com. Canadian customers can return their items without any shipping fees. For international buyers (outside Canada) some shipping charges may apply. Once your return item has been received, you can expect a refund within 7 to 14 days.
